Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Attainment of required local and state food handling certifications, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in ensuring financial integrity through cash accountability and security practices.
• Maintain correct perishable stock levels using planograms and order guides.
• Train associates in proper stocking, freshness, pricing standards and safe food handling.
• Record inventory levels and perishable markdowns, and take corrective action as needed.
• Ensure customers' needs are addressed promptly and communicate effectively with team and customers.
