Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking a Class A Shuttle Driver in Minneapolis for full-time operations. You will deliver and unload perishable products, serving as the main customer contact with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and service.

The role requires 2–3 years of commercial driving experience, a valid Class A license, and basic English. You will work a 4-shift-per-week schedule starting at 5:00pm, with strict adherence to DOT and HACCP standards to protect product quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years commercial driving experience.
• Must have a valid Class A License.
• Basic English-speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip responsibilities including route and account number checks.
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections.
• Drive and deliver customer orders according to route; secure the vehicle.
• Load and unload products using dolly or appropriate devices.
• Verify delivery with customer and obtain signatures.
• Report issues to management as they arise.
• Complete post-delivery actions and documents.
• Comply with DOT and HACCP regulations during operation and handling.
• Monitor temperature-controlled trailer to maintain product quality.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and goodwill.
• Record transactions and secure payments as applicable.
• Ensure safety training is kept current and vehicles maintained per schedule.
