Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking a Class A Shuttle Driver in Minneapolis, MN to deliver and unload seafood, beef, poultry, and gourmet products. You will be the primary contact with customers and must maintain high safety standards while operating the company truck in a perishable environment under HACCP guidelines.

This full-time role requires 2–3 years of commercial driving experience, a valid Class A license, and basic English.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2–3 years of commercial driving experience; temperature-controlled product experience preferred.
Friendly, outgoing customer service demeanor.
Must have a valid Class A license.
Available to work long shifts and Saturdays.
Basic English-speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

Deliver and unload company products to customers per route.
Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure safety.
Drive and deliver customer orders according to predetermined route and secure the vehicle during drop-offs.
Load and unload products from vehicle using dolly or other devices safely.
Verify delivery with the customer and obtain signatures.
Communicate issues to management as they arise.
Handle post-delivery tasks including returns and documentation.
Follow DOT and HACCP regulations during operation of the truck.
Monitor temperature-controlled vehicles to maintain product quality.
Support customer satisfaction and report complaints to supervisor.
Record transactions accurately and secure payments.
