Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking a Delivery Driver who will deliver and unload a range of perishable products, acting as the customer contact with emphasis on service and safety. The role requires proper route execution, sign-off on deliveries, and strict adherence to HACCP standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and 1–2 years of driving experience; weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of commercial driving is a plus; temperature-controlled product experience preferred.
Friendly, outgoing, and courteous customer service demeanor.
Ability to work with limited supervision and meet deadlines.
Valid standard driver's license required.
Availability for long shifts and Saturdays.
Basic English speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

Deliver and unload company products including seafood, beef, poultry, and gourmet items.
Serve as the key customer contact and provide excellent customer service.
Perform pre-trip inspections and vehicle safety checks.
Drive according to a predetermined route and ensure car/s cargo is secure during drop-offs.
Load/unload using dolly or appropriate devices safely.
Obtain customer signatures and document deliveries accurately.
Report issues to management and handle post-delivery duties.
