Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform certain job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in the Perishable Department.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Receive deliveries, code where applicable, rotate and store.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise follows policies.
• Maintain proper product levels in meat, lunchmeat, dairy, and frozen departments.
• Process beef and grinds as directed from production planning tools.
• Wrap, label, weigh and stock meat cases.
• Clean and sanitize the department.
• Follow safety guidelines and report accidents.
