Food Lion is seeking a Perishable Department Associate in Concord, NC. Provide quality customer service within the Perishable Department, maintain standards, and maximize sales through friendly, efficient service.

Learn and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO, receive deliveries, rotate and stock products, and ensure proper levels in meat, dairy, and frozen sections. Adhere to Food Safety guidelines and complete CBT training for ongoing development.

• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality customer service within the Perishable Department.
• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Receive deliveries, code where applicable, rotate and store properly.
• Maintain product levels in meat, lunchmeat, frozen, dairy, and ice cream sections.
• Wrap, label, weigh and stock meat cases; assist with grinder operations as needed.
• Clean and sanitize the department and maintain layout standards.
• Follow safety guidelines, report accidents, and comply with regulations.
