Food Lion is seeking a Perishable Department Associate to deliver quality customer service and maintain high standards in the Perishable Department. You will ensure product levels, rotate stock, and assist with meat preparation and display, while following safety protocols and company guidelines.

The role emphasizes enthusiastic customer engagement, accurate handling of groceries, and teamwork with store associates to create a positive shopping experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality customer service within the Perishable Department.
• Maintain proper product levels in meat, lunchmeat, dairy, and related areas.
• Receive deliveries, code, rotate, and stock merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines.
• Follow standard practice and use department tools as needed.
• Wrap, label, weigh and stock meat cases; operate grinder as directed.
• Maintain department cleanliness and adhere to dress code.
