Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in the Perishable Department.
• Maintain product levels in meat, lunchmeat, frozen, dairy, and ice cream sections.
• Receive deliveries, code where applicable, rotate and store products.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and safety regulations.
• Wear Food Lion uniform and maintain a neat appearance.
• Complete CBT, training packets, and training aids as required.
