Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 21 years or older to drive for Company business per policy.
• High school Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining partners; and scheduling, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
