Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED with 2+ years of related grocery experience.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• Fuel Operator C training required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan and direct work.
• Review historical data to predict sales; manage inventory effectively.
• Maintain sales performance, financial results, and product quality.
• Inspect quality and food safety; rotate stock as needed.
• Lead customer service and promote product displays.
• Open/close the store; ensure staffing, safety and cash controls.
• Provide friendly, service-oriented interactions with customers.
