• Train associates in proper stocking, freshness, and safety handling of perishable products.
• Record inventory levels and perishable markdowns, and analyze causes for corrective action.
• Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and provide quality customer service.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and applicable food handling rules.
