Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
Attainment of required local and state food handling certifications, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in maintaining perishable stock levels and inventory accuracy.
Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, and pricing standards for perishable areas.
Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and food handling regulations.
Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.
Maintain customer service standards and respond to customer needs promptly.
