Job summary

You will work under the Store Manager and contribute to loss prevention, stock rotation, and policy adherence, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, safety rules, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math and percentages.
• Ability to operate cash registers and generate reports.
• Knowledge of cash handling, deposit control, and security practices.
• Familiarity with perishable inventory management and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in maintaining perishable stock levels and displaying merchandise.
• Train and oversee assigned associates in proper stocking, freshness, and pricing standards.
• Record inventory levels and perform markdown analysis to minimize shrink.
• Ensure customer service is efficient and responsive to store needs.
• Support compliance with sanitation standards and safety policies.
