Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Perishable Department.
• Maintain standards in accordance with the standard practice manual, maximizing sales and minimizing shrink.
• Receive deliveries, rotate and store merchandise properly.
• Maintain product levels in Perishable areas (meat, lunchmeat, dairy, ice cream).
• Follow food safety and workplace safety guidelines and report accidents as required.
• Wear the uniform with name badge and adhere to dress code.
• Complete CBT and training courses as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.
