• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation and displaying meet guidelines.
• Maintain product levels in Perishable Department (meat, dairy, etc.).
• Wrap, label, weigh and stock meat; assemble and clean grinder.
• Follow safety guidelines and report accidents as required.
