Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field.
• Two to three years outside sales experience or equivalency.
• Demonstrated human relation and communication skills.
• Product knowledge of BD Peripheral Intervention products.
• Surgical procedure knowledge and basic anatomy; understands need/analysis selling.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; understands contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Sells the full BD Peripheral Intervention product line to current and new accounts.
• Informs customers about pricing, backorders, and policies.
• Delivers comprehensive product in-services to relevant personnel.
• Plans sales calls and manages sales time effectively.
• Develops deep knowledge of all products and clinical data.
• Reports significant market changes and competition to the District Manager.
• Achieves prompt, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints.
• Analyzes customer needs and creates tailored solutions.
• Maintains company vehicle and property.
• Completes BD Peripheral Intervention reports per established procedures.
