Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and preparing for scheduled and emergent cases, gathering supplies.
• Maintain instrumentation and surgical supplies on sterile field for accurate counting.
• Decontaminate and prepare used instruments for transport to central sterile for cleaning.
• Restock surgical suites with necessary supplies and update preference cards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to be ready for peri-operative procedures and ensure timely room turnover.
• Take on-call duty as needed and uphold safety and performance improvement initiatives.
