County of San Mateo's San Mateo Medical Center seeks a Clinical Services Manager I to lead Perioperative Services including OR, PACU, Endoscopy, SPD and scheduling. You will plan, direct and supervise operations to ensure quality patient care, regulatory compliance and efficient service delivery.

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will develop budgets, supervise professional and support staff, coach performance, and drive process improvements across multiple high‑acuity areas while

Qualifications

• Three years of professional nursing experience in an accredited hospital or clinic.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Two years of the required experience must have been in perioperative nursing.
• Knowledge of perioperative workflows, including surgical scheduling and instrument processing.
• Ability to manage large, complex teams in high-acuity environments.
