The County of San Mateo is seeking a Clinical Services Manager I to lead Perioperative Services including the Operating Room, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing. This role involves planning and supervising operations to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical leadership experience, manage various teams, and work closely with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to promote efficiency. A valid California RN license and significant experience in perioperative nursing are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive management experience in an accredited hospital or clinic.
• Experience managing large, complex teams in high-acuity environments.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to maintain compliance.
