Job summary

Southwest Healthcare System’s Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, CA is seeking a Manager of Perioperative Services to lead daily OR operations, staffing, and workflow optimization. The role emphasizes patient safety and adherence to hospital policies and industry standards.

The manager will support performance improvement initiatives, collaborate with nursing leadership, and ensure quality care across perioperative services at Inland Valley and related facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN License.
• Bachelor Degree required with Masters preferred.
• CNOR preferred.
• Minium 1 year clinical nursing leadership experience, in nursing peri-operative care in an acute care setting.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a perioperative care service required

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the operating room.
• Ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient workflow.
• Adhere to hospital policies and industry standards.
• Support performance improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.
