Job summary

Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California is seeking a Manager of Perioperative Services to lead daily operating room operations, ensure patient safety, and optimize staffing and workflow across the surgical suite.

This role offers growth within Southwest Healthcare System, with potential to float to Rancho Springs Hospital as needed and participate in performance improvement initiatives across UHS facilities.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN License and licensure in good standing.
• Bachelor degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years perioperative care experience; 1 year leadership in perioperative nursing.
• Strong understanding of OR operations, policies and patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the operating room and staffing.
• Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to hospital policies and standards.
• Support performance improvement initiatives to improve outcomes and service quality.
• Float to Inland Valley and Rancho Springs as needed with orientation and competency validation.
