Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; AA/AS can substitute with 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Active Florida RN license required.
• Current Sigma Six Green Belt certification or must obtain within 1 year.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• CPAN or CAPA certification required within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Pre-Op, PACU, PAT, and Anesthesia Support Services to ensure resources and talent align with strategic goals.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluations for assigned areas.
• Drives departmental dashboards and national benchmarks for quality, safety, and service.
• Participates in budget processes, on-call rotations, and regulatory compliance activities.
