Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care within the California Nursing Practice Act and SHC policies. Responsibilities

• Assess patients by collecting and documenting data including interview, history and physical examination findings.

• Plan, implement and evaluate individualized care plans; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families, promote self-care and illness prevention, and coordinate care with the care team.
