Qualifications

• Graduate from an NLN accredited school of nursing.
• Current LA RN license; BLS required or obtained during orientation.
• ALS required within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and take call.
• CNOR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for planning and directing care for patients undergoing operative and invasive procedures.
• Direct and supervise the surgical team during perioperative care.
• Provide perioperative nursing care using the nursing process.
• Ensure timely availability of in-house response within 30 minutes when on call.
• Collaborate with health care team to deliver high-quality patient care.
