The role requires NLN-accredited nursing education, valid Louisiana RN license, BLS, ALS within 6 months, ability to work flexible shifts and be available for on-call coverage. CNOR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• NLN-accredited nursing program and Louisiana RN license required in a clinical setting.
• BLS and ALS certifications required or obtained within orientation/within 6 months.
• CNOR certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Responsible and accountable for a group of patients during a designated time frame and to provide care using the nursing process and team collaboration.
• Perioperative RN directs and supervises the surgical team for operative and invasive procedures.
