Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• One year of Pre Operative or PACU experience required.
• Current state RN licensure; BLS/BCLS within 90 days; ACLS within 90 days; PALS if pediatrics within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA.
• Assess preoperative and postoperative status per facility policies.
• Interpret monitors and describe pathophysiology of disease processes.
• Develop an individualized perianesthesia care plan.
• Provide hand-off reports and collaborate with the team.
