Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-operative and/or postoperative care, addressing physical and psychosocial needs.
• Assess, document, and report patient status accurately and promptly.
• Ensure preoperative testing is completed and notify providers of abnormal results.
• Educate patients and families about perioperative procedures and expectations.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and confidentiality; operate within protocols.
• Coordinate with team to optimize discharge planning and transfer readiness.
