You will review medical histories, medications, and risks, coordinating with surgeons and anesthesia to ensure safe, individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher required; Texas RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Pre Assessment, PACU, PreOp or Endoscopy
• Single Unit work environment

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in an assigned unit
• Follow Texas Nurse Practice Act standards with supervision
• Deliver nursing care per ANA standards
• Develop care plans with surgical teams
• Communicate patient information clearly to physicians, anesthesia, staff, families
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Follow infection control protocols
