Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care in an assigned unit at our Houston-area location. You will practice under the Texas Nurse Practice Act with supervision and contribute to a team focused on high-quality outcomes.

Required: ASN or higher, Texas RN license, AHA BLS, 2+ years in PACU/Pre-OP/Endoscopy; Work Unit: Single Unit; basic computer skills. Preferred: BSN and broader RN experience across perioperative settings.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree.
• Texas RN license required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• 2+ years of RN experience in PACU/Pre-OP/Endoscopy.
• Work Unit: Single Unit; basic computer skills.

• Provides nursing care to patients in an assigned unit under supervision.

Education

ASN or higher

Texas RN license

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

2+ years of experience as RN in PACU, Pre-OP or Endoscopy

Work Unit: Single Unit

Proven basic computer skills

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

RN experience in Pre-Op, PAT, ER, Infusion Therapy, ASC or hospital
