Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in perioperative setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol; monitor for side-effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Address learning needs and educate patients, families and caregivers.
