Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting diversity and family involvement.
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, high-quality patient care with the care team.
• Support performance improvement and evidence-based practice within the unit and shared governance.
