Wellstar Health System is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Periop Nurse in Georgia. The role involves acting as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe patient care within a WellStar-managed environment.

The RN will follow the organization’s practice models, participate in governance, and uphold professional standards while supporting service excellence goals across the care continuum.

Qualificações

• Requires active nursing license in Georgia
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire

Responsabilidades

• Performs the nursing process with evidence-based care and patient-specific planning
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting diverse populations
• Collaborates with the care team through rounds, teaching, and ongoing patient updates
• Practices according to current clinical standards and policies
• Documents care accurately and supports a safe, inclusive environment
• Participates in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
• Acts as a preceptor/mentor to staff and students to develop a qualified workforce
• Engages in data collection and protocol development to improve outcomes
