Qualified candidates will hold a nursing diploma with BSN preferred, and possess active RN licensure in Georgia, with BLS and ACLS/PALS credentials as desirable Instructor or Provisional

Qualifications

• RN license required per Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
• BLS Certification or Instructor preferred
• ACLS Instructor or Provisional preferred; PALS Instructor or Provisional preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process and provides evidence-based patient care tailored to individual needs
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care considering age, gender, disease, and cultural diversity
• Collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set goals and ensure safety and quality care
• Maintains current clinical practice standards and accurate documentation
• Supports performance improvement, research utilization, and governance activities across care teams
• Promotes a respectful, inclusive environment and uses resources efficiently to optimize outcomes
