Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking an RN Clinical Periop Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, safe perioperative care. You will practice in a governance-supported environment and coordinate care with nurse managers and leaders to uphold standards and patient-centered care.

Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience is required, with active licenses and ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications.

Qualificações

• Licensed nurse with active state license and knowledge of nursing practice act.
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care nursing experience.
• ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications required upon hire.
• Strong clinical decision-making and evidence-based practice.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide relationship-based patient-centered care reflecting diversity.
• Collaborate with patients and families using bedside reports and rounds.
• Document care and participate in interdisciplinary rounds and governance.
