Intermountain Health Alta View Hospital in Sandy, Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in the PACU and SDS. The role emphasizes critical thinking, collaboration with the care team and a commitment to evidence-based practice. Shifts include 8-hour or four 9-hour options with 5:30 a.m.

start; on-site work with periodic on-call including weekends/holidays. Active RN license and BSN within four years if under 12 months of experience are required

Qualificações

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferable to the state of practice within 60 days.
• BSN required; or BSN to be completed within four years for new hires with ≤12 months experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsabilidades

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status using the nursing process.
• Collaboratively plan and educate the care plan with patient and family.
• Coordinate and delegate to interdisciplinary care team to meet outcomes.
• Document care accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with licensure.
• Evaluate patient response and revise the plan as needed.
