Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of hire date.
• BSN preferred; BSN required as of last update 4/27/2025.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status; gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient and family involvement and education.
• Coordinate and implement care with the interdisciplinary team and delegation as needed.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans; document accurately and timely.
• Promote professionalism, ethics, and compliance with licensure standards.
