Job summary

Surgery Partners is seeking an RN Pre-Op & PACU to ensure patient safety throughout peri-anesthesia care. Responsibilities include educating patients, performing assessments, and developing individualized plans of care.

The role also covers post-anesthesia monitoring, pain management, and accurate documentation. Candidates should hold an RN license in Utah with BLS; ACLS and PACU experience are preferred for this critical patient-care role.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Utah is required.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred or required.
• 1+ year of perioperative or PACU experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Pre-operative assessments and education, create individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients in PACU and post-anesthesia care; manage pain and comfort.
• Document care in the medical record and communicate with the team.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and facility policies.
