Job summary

SCA Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room in Orange, CA. You will promote the facility's mission and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and document patient status throughout the perioperative period, developing personalized care plans.

Ideal candidates have OR or medical/surgical experience, an active state license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications as required; perioperative certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of OR and/or medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state nursing licensure in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications within required timelines; perioperative nursing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA.
• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perioperative patient plan of care.
• Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.
