Job summary

SCA Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room to support perioperative care across a multidisciplinary team. You will assess patient status, develop individualized care plans, and promote our mission and values in every perioperative step.

Requires nursing degree, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS within specified timelines; pediatric PALS may be required depending on facility scope. We offer competitive hourly compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year OR and/or medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state nursing licensure to practice in good standing.
• BLS within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• ACLS within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• PALS required if pediatric care is included in facility scope.
• Perioperative Nursing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA Health.
• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perioperative patient plan of care.
• Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.
