Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking an Registered Nurse in McKinney, TX to provide direct care to adult surgical patients. You will monitor physiological status before and after surgery and communicate with the surgical team to maintain patient stability.

Responsibilities include documenting vital signs, pain management, safety checks, and educating patients and families. Requires RN licensure and ACLS or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and RN licensure.
• ACLS certification required or obtainable within 90 days of hire.
• Perioperative or ophthalmic patient care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to adult surgical patients and monitor status.
• Communicate with surgeons and anesthesia teams about patient conditions.
• Document assessments, vital signs and pain management accurately.
• Administer care per pre/post-op protocols and safety standards.
• Coordinate care, educate patients and families, and ensure comfort.
• Maintain regulatory requirements and narcotics accountability.
