Job summary

SCA Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room to join our perioperative team in Minnesota. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality perioperative care and support the mission of our OR services.

The role requires nursing licensure in good standing, at least 1 year of OR/medical-surgical experience, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications as applicable. Compensation is hourly with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of OR/medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state nursing licensure in good standing.
• BLS certification within 90 days of employment or currently certified.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of employment or currently certified.
• PALS certification required when pediatric care is included in facility scope within 90 days or currently certified.
• Specialty certification in Perioperative Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA Health.
• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perioperative patient plan of care.
• Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.
