Job summary

SCA Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room to join a multidisciplinary perioperative team. You will promote our mission, assess patient status, and develop individualized perioperative plans of care with surgeons, anesthesiologists and staff.

You must graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold current state licensure, and obtain BLS, ACLS and PALS within defined timelines. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive hourly wage of $38–$42.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active state license.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days; PALS if pediatric care is involved.
• One year OR or medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA.
• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perioperative patient plan of care.
• Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.
