OhioHealth in the United States is seeking a full-time perioperative registered nurse to provide general nursing care in the operating room. The role is 32 hours per week, day shift, and supports patients and families through the perioperative continuum while following the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, delegate to LPNs and UAPs, and participate in safety and quality initiatives in a high reliability organization.

Formación

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• BTLS certification.
• CPR certification.
• RN license from the State of Ohio.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.
• BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments and document findings.
• Identify outcomes and plan nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implement and evaluate care, revising plans with the care team as needed.
• Demonstrate leadership in process improvements for quality and safety.
• Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with team members.
