• 30% Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned interventions based on nursing diagnoses.
• 20% Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate responses and revise care plan with the multidisciplinary team.
• 10% Leadership: participate in process improvement for clinical quality and safety.
• 10% Operations: perform other duties as assigned; focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
