HonorHealth in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a COORDINATOR-PERIOPERATIVE RN to assist with coordination and overall management of perioperative services. You will liaise with physicians to ensure excellent patient care, coordinate staffing and resources, and support program development within the OR-Main unit.

The role requires RN circulating OR experience, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to work with the clinical educator and leadership to provide high-quality care across age groups.

Qualificações

• RN Circulating Operating Room experience is required.
• Ability to assess, plan and evaluate patient care in perioperative settings.
• Strong communication with physicians, staff, patients and families.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage perioperative services for designated areas.
• Interface with physicians to provide customer service at point of care.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care and staffing needs for the unit.
• Maintain operating room supply availability and participate in inventory control.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing education for staff and students.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model within the unit.
