Atlas Healthcare Partners seeks an experienced registered nurse for Banner Surgery Center in Scottsdale. The role focuses on perioperative nursing in an orthopedic-centered ASC, providing direct patient care from admission through discharge.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. BLS/ACLS required; PALS within 90 days if pediatrics; full-time position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS required, PALS within 90 days if pediatrics.
• Associate’s degree or nursing diploma required.
• Experience in perioperative/OR settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social and spiritual domains.
• Develop and update plan of care with the care team.
• Implement and supervise nursing interventions per physician orders.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Document care in the patient record with clear, timely notes.
• Lead and mentor other staff as needed and promote quality care.
• Ensure excellent service experience for all patients and families.
