• Minimum 12 months OR experience in operating room procedures

Responsibilities

• Maintain open communication across departments to meet patient needs
• Conduct preoperative and postoperative visits; discuss procedures with patients
• Coordinate with surgical team and other units on patient progress and equipment needs
• Assemble materials and special equipment for daily procedures and emergencies
• Document patient care events and process improvement activities per guidelines
• Respond to surgical emergencies and provide perioperative care
