OhioHealth Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Surgery Main department. The role requires a 30-minute OR call response, with 1 year of prior OR RN experience; those without may apply to the OR Residency Program.

Day shift, 36 hours per week, in a hospital setting involving 24/7 operations. RNs provide professional nursing care, assess and plan care, and collaborate with licensed personnel per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• RN - Registered Nurse license (Ohio).

Responsabilités

• Provides general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in diverse settings.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes and quality measures.
• Leads process improvements to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
