Zusammenfassung

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced RN with at least one year of recent OR (acute care) nursing experience to join our Surgery Main team. You will deliver general nursing care and commit to a 30-minute on-call response time.

Responsibilities include assessments, planning, implementing and evaluating care as part of a multidisciplinary team; emphasis on safety and quality within a High Reliability Organization. Shift is variable with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree required.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• RN license in Ohio or eligible to practice in Ohio.

Aufgaben

• Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments.
• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve outcomes.
• Monitor patient responses and revise plans as needed.
• Maintain focus on safety, quality and efficiency as an HRO.
