Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates response to nursing interventions and revises plan of care as needed.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to improve clinical quality and satisfaction.
• Operations - Focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing duties.
